Hollie & Rupert decided to get married at Welton Church and have their wedding reception at their home farm. A few months before the wedding, we did an onsite appointment to see the barn, where it would all be happening. Filled with tractors , hay bails stacked up against the walls, and quite literally a working farm shed. It was hard to believe this was going to be made into a wedding reception in such a short time!
What a pleasant surprise the morning of the wedding. Hay bails stylishly stacked outside which we adorned with flower initials, the bails inside had been moved to frame a beautiful draped white canopy. Hurricane vases sat elegantly on the guest tables with angel wings & corn, were we surrounding them with flowers upon a log trunk. There was the coolest bar that Id ever seen – which Rupert had made himself along with large light up Love letters over the dance floor! A black cab was cooly parked up ready for the photo booth pics. And the stage? A large American Styled truck with the trailer sides lifted up. Wowsers! This was the most extraordinary ‘rustic chic’ wedding that I’d ever seen.
